Day 1:
Flight to Málaga, transfer to the hotel in Almería, bike set-up (Orbea Orca SRAM Etap) and tour briefing over dinner.
Day 2:
1st stage Collado Garcia - Puerto de la Virgen - Sorbas. 90 km, 1700 vertical meters.
Day 3:
2nd stage Abla Sierra de Baza - Venta Luisa Gergal. 127 km, 2730 m elevation gain.
Day 4:
Stage 3 Níjar, Alto de Níjar - Colativí - Retamar. 110 km, 2600 vertical meters.
Day 5:
Stage 4 - KING'S STAGE Gérgal - Gérgal, Puerto de Castro - Alto de Velefique - Collado Ramal - Calar Alto. 100 km, 2900 vertical meters.
Day 6:
Stage 5 - Vícar - Puerto El Marchal - Puerto de Santillana - Retamar. 116 km, 1800 vertical meters.
Day 7:
Rest day on the beach in Almería
After five intensive stages, treat yourself to a well-deserved rest day on the beach in Almería to recharge your batteries and process the impressive impressions of the tour.
Optional: If you still haven't had enough, you can join us on a short 80 km tour through the Cabo de Gata Nature Park. A last opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the region before the trip ends.
